All of my artwork is one of a kind and created in stone, bone, antler and wood with my bare hands.

Welcome to Coundcreations, emerging from my cozy, jam-packed 8×12 workshop. I’m Cound, the creative force behind these works, and I’m deeply touched by your interest in my craft. Over my 25-year artistic journey, I’ve explored various mediums, each leaving its mark on my creative spirit.
My fascination with stone sculpture began early, drawn to its vibrant colors and unique textures. Antler carving soon captured my attention with its forgiving nature and swift results, fostering a deep reverence for nature’s resilience.
Now, pyrography has become my main focus, offering boundless depth and contrast for capturing lifelike images on exotic woods. From beloved pets to cherished portraits, I specialize in immortalizing memories and emotions through wood burning.
Having witnessed the beauty of wildlife firsthand as a former Locomotive Engineer, it remains a constant inspiration in my work. Now retired, I devote myself fully to crafting masterpieces for any occasion, whether it’s a grand lobby centerpiece or a cozy home adornment. The creative possibilities are truly endless!
My Works
